Baeumnara』is a free online site for informatization training operated by MOPAS(Ministry Of Public Administration and Security) and KADO (www.kado.or.kr). Our mission is to enhance information utilization skills of the public and diminish the gaps among different levels of the people that require informatization and to assure the rights to access information, which all people shall share the public ownership of the information without any social or economical barriers.
